Stone steps lead down to the kitchen, pantry and utility room, and there is also access to the terrace.

The main ornate staircase from the hall leads to the upstairs rooms although half way up there is a television room. The staircase opens onto an impressive long gallery.
The master bedroom is off the gallery, it has traditional wooden herringbone parquet, with large windows allowing the light to flood in, and one of the two impressive medieval towers offers the option as a reading room or dressing room, with views over the parkland. The ceilings of these towers are original stone crossvaulted and contain stone sculptures probably dating from the 13th century.
The ensuite bathroom is accessed through antique doors and is beautifully tiled complete with bath, shower and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2- is a large and spacious room, with the second of the towers and with a similar styled stone vaulted ceiling. It also has an ensuite bathroom.
