This great house is near to the village of St Priest Les Fougeres in the North Dordogne. It is just a short distance away from a small town with all amenities and a train station and only 50 minutes from Limoges Airport.

You enter the property via double gates into a large courtyard with the house to your right and the barn/workshop to the left.
To enter the house you can use the porch which opens directly into the fully fitted kitchen with a granite worktop(25m2). From here is a handy pantry and then a downstairs bathroom.

Over the main part of the house there is a very large attic room (100m2) which has been insulated. If you wanted to create more living space here there is plenty of room and plenty of head space.

Outside there is a large 1 barn of about 200m2 with an attached workshop of approximately 40m2 which could possibly have been a small house at some point. You could convert this into a Gite, if required.
At the end of the house is the chicken run and a small pig sty (in ruins)
