Key features:

Rental management with avg net 6% guaranteed return for 11 years and minimum 14 days private use.
Full 20% VAT refund on rental managed properties (French tax law benefit on tourist developments). The listed price above includes VAT in case of 'private use only' ownership.
It is also possible to invest in fractions of all the property types and achieve a similar return of rental income. The minimum fraction is 1/13th of a property and up to a full ownership in steps of 1/13th.
This option makes real estate investment available for investors starting with about €18,000 to €101,000 for 1/13th on each of the available property types. These fractional investments are free of VAT as they must be in the rental management program.
