Plot Land

Nice plot on the northern side of Alora in the "Pelonas" area. This beautiful sloping plot is 10.398m2 and is preparing to build a "casa de apero". A large retaining wall has been built to support this "casa de apero". There is a licence for building on a ground floor area of 52m2 and a second floor of 31m2. To give an example: if you have a permit for a 'casa de apero', which is a barn or a storage room, you may not convert it into a house (vivienda). For this "casa de apereo" a complete project is present for which a permit was issued in 2009. Electricity and town water is located at 300 meters and still need to be brought to the plot.
