Key features:

- Full 20% VAT refund on rental managed properties (French tax law benefit on tourist developments). The listed price above includes VAT in case of 'private use only' ownership.
- It is also possible to invest in fractions of all the property types and achieve a similar return of rental income. The minimum fraction is 1/13th of a property and up to a full ownership in steps of 1/13th.
