The land, olive grove and vineyard (3.6 hectares) is currently farmed by a local farmer, who is willing to continue farming the land if the buyer wishes. The rent for the land is yearly paid in wine and olive oil from the land.

Due to the size of the land and the beatiful location it is also possible to develop an agritourism / camping activity.

The airport of Ancona is 100 km away while Pescara airport is 130 km.
