Two houses on the outskirts of El Chorro, Andalusia, suitable for B & B. Across the water at the village of El Chorro, these two houses are just down the road. There is a staircase to the upper house with a nice terrace, bodega-style living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and 4 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the top floor and so big it's easy to make an extra bathroom in it. In addition there is a full house with three floors to be phased internally yet. There is ability to create an open plan kitchen / living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom .... or .... 4/5 en-suite bedrooms. Under the house there is a large garage / storage area. Between these two houses there is a nice terrace with outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. Electricity is connected and there is a 2000 liter water deposit for the storage of mountain water which is sufficiently available. Fantastic views and the possibility to rent rooms. The tourists will come to walk the renewed "Caminito del Rey", which is 1 km away. And of course the mountaineers who wants to explore El Chorro with more than 60 climbing walls. This could be a very nice B&B.
