Pergola - approximately 35 km from the Adriatic coast, at the feet of the marchegenian Apennines (weet niet zeker hoe ik marchegiaanse moet vertalen), we offer a characteristically renovated farm. The location, on top of a hill in the middle of meadows and forests, is phenomenal with a brilliant view of the sea, the mountains and the surrounding hills. Around the house is a spacious garden with olive trees, fruit trees, a vineyard and beautiful oak trees. Additionally, there is a large swimming pool (6 x 12.5 m and 1.40 m deep). During the restoration, the focus was to preserve the authetic elements, which led to the house retaining it's typical marchegenian (?) look. There is a spacious barn (approximately 400 m2), currently used as a working space. However, it also offers the possibility to build more appartments or an inside swimming pool/wellness area.

While it is a privately owned house, it is also used as a (successful) B&B with 5 apartments for guests and an apartment for the owners.
