Location: A 12 hectare estate in the North section of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

The property is very well restored and located in the middle of an estate of (approximately) 12 hectares of rolling countryside and forest in the Northern parts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. It’s in its own small valley.

All rooms in the main buildings are equipped with connections to a professional ISDN PBX system and equipped with digital and analogue satellite reception. Most rooms have one or more LAN connections with direct access to DSL Internet.
The mill is equipped with a hydraulic power station (turbine and 27 kWh generator, completely revised in 2007), mill brook, mill-race, dam, lock and pond.
