This chalet rents very well as it is in a prime spot where one can access several ski stations in winter.

The Area….

Le Parcher is a slightly elevated hamlet with south facing views towards Puy Saint Vincent. It is only a short drive to Vallouise village where there are shops, restaurants and a local boulangerie.

The valley is truly alpine, being the gateway to the massive Ecrin National Park. At the bottom of the valley is the town of Agentierre La Bessee where there are supermarkets and DIY shops etc.

This part fo the Southern French Alps is very authentic and not over exploited. It has easy access from either Turin or Grenoble airports to the north and also Marseille to the South.
