Magnificent completely renovated mill located on the edge of a beautiful river with béal and water rights.
This mill is made up of several parts.

A first living area, with on the ground floor (entrance on the south side) a large living room with stove, a very large fully equipped kitchen with two work modules (cooking, sinks, etc.), separated by a magnificent glass roof with the second living/dining room, opening onto a wooden terrace. At this level, access to an independent tower (which has its own entrance) composed of a bedroom area with bathroom and separate WC then above, another room that can be used as an office, dressing room or even a second bedroom . The ground floor opens onto a very beautiful south-facing terrace with a view of the river. This mill is surrounded by a beautiful green setting, with trees, with the passage of the river (the Dure), which is magnificent. The béal is private and the water right allows the water to be transported to the mill, it is entirely possible to restart the mill for a hydroelectric project for example (autonomous power supply of the mill or resale electricity). The primary potential of the place, beyond its large spaces which could be suitable for a joint, rental, family project, is therefore the restarting of a turbine. The location is ideal, water abundant most of the year.

Work is necessary to reinstall a new production system, but the water circuit and valves are in good working order. The dike upstream of the property has been rebuilt, as has the water outlet joining the river. The mill formerly worked for the Manufacture Royale de Montolieu, created in the 18th century.
