The property is a a converted flour mill and so boasts bright and spacious accommodation for guests. The mill has been separated into 2 gites but is often rented out together to large parties.

GITE 1
You enter into an entrance hall/lounge (41m2). There is a second lounge/snug (21.5m2) with 2 storage cupboards. The kitchen diner (89m2) has seating for 24 plus. A fully fitted kitchen. From the kitchen is a door out . Off the kitchen is a large utility room that has extra storage and plumbing for washing machines and dryers etc. There is a WC on this floor.
On the first floor you will find a communal seating area (41m2).
The 5 luxury suites are based over 2 floors. Each room has been tastefully decorated and have their own lounge space, tv, dressing area and ensuite. High ceilings, duel aspect windows, free standing baths and showers.
Located in this gite is a further room (94.7m2) that would be ideal as a yoga studio, conference room or meeting area. Off this is a games room (59m2), ideal for all the family to have some fun.

GITE 2
This gite also makes up part of the original mill and is made up of an entrance hall that leads to a large kitchen diner (27.5m2) with central island and plenty of storage space and worksurfaces. The lounge/diner (34.6m2) has a central fireplace. There are 5 en-suite bedrooms that are spacious and bright (12.6m2, 13.6m2, 13.7m2, 14.3m2, 30m2).

Gite 3
This cottage with its sunny terrace is used as owners accommodation. It comprises of an entrance hall , a fully fitted kitchen with built in modern appliances. A cosy sitting room  with double doors leading out. The two double bedrooms (16.6m2, 11.8m2) are bright and spacious. A shower room with separate WC .

Leisure Complex
This newly built complex consists of a gym area (58m2), showers/changing rooms and 2 x WC (30.2m2), boiler room, indoor swimming pool (12m x 4m) with a depth of 1.3m.
