This enchanting farmhouse for sale is located in the renowned Chianti countryside, in a private position with a wide panoramic view over the beautiful surrounding countryside.
The property is situated 7 km from Gaiole in Chianti, where all basic services can be found.

The farmhouse, built in 1891, was completely renovated between 2010 and 2011 and is currently used as a B&B.
The renovation work preserved the rustic charm of the building, which still has terracotta floors, chestnut beams and beautiful vaulted ceilings on the lower floor. The common room on the ground floor was originally a barn and the floor has been made of Impruneta terracotta.

The farmhouse houses 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is arranged on two floors for a total of 365 square metres.
